Every year, the S&P Global Corporate Sustainability Assessment evaluates more than 13,000 companies around the world on a range of economic, environmental and social criteria.

As of April 1, 2025, Adtalem ranked in the 90th percentile in the Diversified Consumer Services industry. That equates to the top 10% of Adtalem’s global peer group of 103 companies for fiscal year 2024 — an increase of 1 percentile point over 2023, driven by improved scores in the environmental dimension. Additionally, Adtalem saw underlying year-over-year score increases in all three major dimensions — environmental, social and governance.

Capital market stakeholders use scores to benchmark corporate performance, manage investment portfolios, allocate financial capital, and build engagement strategy.

As a mission-driven organization, Adtalem is uniquely positioned to meet the evolving healthcare needs of our society by expanding access to education and preparing healthcare professionals at scale,” says Chairman and CEO Steve Beard. “In helping our students achieve their career goals, we do so while advancing our commitments toward positively impacting the world and operating in a sustainable, ethical and responsible manner.
