For a fourth year, Adtalem’s Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine was in the top four for graduates matching into internships and residency positions.
Adtalem’s Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine (RUSVM) ranked third for most graduate placements in the Veterinary Internship and Residency Matching Program (VIRMP) for 2024.
Over the last four years, RUSVM has consistently ranked in the top four alongside UC Davis, University of Pennsylvania, and Cornell University.
The VIRMP gives Doctor of Veterinary Medicine graduates the option to secure internship and residency positions. RUSVM graduates matched into specialties including anesthesia, large animal surgery, medical oncology, veterinary dermatology, and radiology.
In 2021-2022, RUSVM produced more Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) graduates than any U.S. school. RUSVM also has more underrepresented in veterinary medicine DVM students than any AAVMC U.S. vet school.
