Adtalem Global Education continued to expand its societal and healthcare impact in second quarter fiscal year 2025, celebrating 11 straight quarters of total enrollment improvement and revenue growth of $447.7 million, up 13.9% year-over-year.

Adtalem’s institutions—Chamberlain University, Walden University, American University of the Caribbean School of Medicine, Ross University School of Medicine, and Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine—combined enroll over 91,000 students. Nation’s Largest Nursing School Experiences Record Growth and Expanded Footprint
Chamberlian University, America’s largest nursing school, celebrated another milestone with eighth straight quarter of total enrollment growth, up 11.5% year-over-year.
Chamberlain’s BSN Online Option, offered in 36 states, is bringing clinical experience closer to aspiring nurses nationwide. The option now has 44 clinical hub locations in metropolitan areas, with a goal of reaching more than 65 hubs by the end of fiscal year 2026.

New Ad Showcases Walden University’s Impactful and Diverse Professional Community
Walden University celebrated its sixth consecutive quarter of enrollment growth, as well as its newly-launched “Get the W” campaign, highlighting the wins that drive our students and alumni to make a meaningful impact in healthcare and beyond.
Walden continues to expand access through innovative offerings like its Believe & Achieve Scholarship™, which provides financial clarity and rewards persistence. Underscoring its support for students, Walden also recently rolled out its Graduation Award for undergraduate students who complete their degrees.
Addressing the Nation’s Mental Health Crisis at Scale
Enrollment at Chamberlain and Walden positions Adtalem to address critical healthcare workforce shortages, particularly in the mental health space, where nearly half of the United States population lives in a shortage area, according to The National Institute for Health Care Management. Recent enrollment highlights include:
- Adtalem produced more graduates with Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (MSN-PMHNP) degrees than the top 20 programs combined, according to the most recently published 2023 data from the American Association of Colleges of Nursing.
- As of Dec. 31, 2024, Chamberlain University enrolled over 3,000 MSN-PMHNP students, with Walden University enrolling over 6,600.
- Walden currently enrolls over 21,000 students in social and behavioral sciences programs.
Chamberlain and Walden produce more graduates with Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner degrees than the top 20 programs combined.
Bringing Physicians Home to Serve Their Community’s Needs
Ross University School of Medicine’s Return Home program brings a unique opportunity for aspiring physicians to return to their home city to complete clinical rotations at one of Adtalem’s partner hospitals. During the program’s first year, more than 150 students were enrolled in the program with partner hospitals located in five cities across the country: Chicago, Los Angeles, New York City, Miami, and Detroit.
