Celebrate Diversity Month

Adtalem Global Education Foundation is aligned with Adtalem’s commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion (DE&I) – including the support of all historically underrepresented groups, such as women, ethnic minorities, the LGBTQ community, individuals with disabilities, and veterans. The Foundation is rooted in the belief that all activities should demonstrate and promote an understanding and respect for diversity and inclusiveness as absolute necessities in achieving the goals, vision, and work articulated by the Foundation.

The Foundation shows its support through grants given to organizations and initiatives, like:

  • Society of Teachers of Family Medicine's Academic Family Medicine Antiracism Learning Collaborative designed to empower and educate faculty to identify racist structures and behaviors within their academic institutions and become leaders for change, promote allyship and spread effective change strategies.
  • New Leaders’ Aspiring Principals Fellowship, an online principal certification and master’s degree program designed to train the next generation of equity-focused school leaders who better reflect the students they serve.
  • Global Health Corps’s expansion of its global alumni programming with a focus on the intersection of health equity and racial justice.
