Sara’s strategic thinking, collaboration and eye for innovation has driven positive change in her more than 25-year career. Joining Adtalem Global Education in 2024, Sara is responsible for creating and implementing strategic initiatives that further enhance the mission, business value and employee experience to better serve our students and the communities in which we work and serve.
Sara’s commitment to establishing Adtalem as an employer of choice further demonstrates her strong leadership qualities and people-first approach. Her transparent and respectful leadership style has enabled her to lead organizations through successful transformational change. Sara’s efforts have helped reinforce value proposition and supported colleagues through enterprise-wide transitions.
Passionate about serving the communities in which she works and lives, Sara leverages her expertise to elevate community leaders’ executive presence through coaching and board service. She has previously served as a board member and governance committee chair for the Minnesota Children’s Museum and a board member and HR committee chair for Wolf Ridge Environmental Learning Center.
Sara has been featured in HuffPost and was awarded Most Notable in Recruitment and Talent in 2023 from Twin Cities Business for her exceptional leadership and strategic approach to human resources. Sara earned her Bachelor of Arts in Communications at the University of Pennsylvania and her Master of Business Administration with concentrations in Human Resources and Marketing from Vanderbilt University.
